Order & Payment
We have several payment options,
including COD(Cash on Delivery), Paypal, Credit Card, and Account Transfer.
If you want to process with another payment term, please contact customer center directly.

Shipping
We'll deliver all the order within 2-3 days(working days) within all regions in Dubai.
In case of other Emirates, it takes 4-7 days(working days).

Exchanges
& Refunds
Cancellation or refund due to simple remorse is not possible.
We'll process the exchange or refund if there's a functional issue,
over expiry days, or shipped wrong goods.
It will be accept when items are in new condition, and free of damages by the customer.
For a exchange and refund, you should mail out your items within 10 days(working days)
from the receipt of original order.
In case of Exchange, it will be re-dispatched with 2-3days(working days) after receipt,
In case of Refund, it will be processed as per the payment term after checking goods.
